We apply our cleaning solution at a low pressure that is comparable to the pressure from your garden hose. The cleaning solution is bleach-based, which will eliminate algae or mold growth, combined with high grade soaps to cling to surfaces. After the cleaning solution is applied, it is allowed to sit on the surface for a short period of time. This is considered “dwell time.” The surface is rinsed with a high volume, low pressure rinse.
